Utility Application

To submit your deposit you can mail a check, pay by phone or click here to pay via web portal. All checks made payable to the City of Craig. The city office is open Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Please call 907-826-3275 if you have any questions or would like to make a payment.

Forfeiture of Deposit

If a utility account becomes delinquent for service or a connection fee, and it becomes necessary to terminate the utility service then the deposit shall be applied to the unpaid balance due. Utility service will not be restored to those premises until all outstanding bills due to the city have been paid and the deposit replaced. The amount of the deposit required is equal to two months of service. This shall be adjusted accordingly for multiple dwellings etc.
