Building and Mobile Home Placement Permit Craig Municipal Code requires that all internal and external construction projects and placement of all mobile homes within the Craig City limits require a building permit. To get a building permit, bring in the completed application and a site plan showing the proposed project. Check with the City Planner for fees and to find out if there are other requirements (i.e. Fire Marshall approval).

Temporary or Conditional Use Permit Land uses not expressly permitted in the Land Use Regulations may be allowed on a temporary or conditional basis. All temporary or conditional uses must have a permit approved by the Craig Planning Commission. Fill out the application, complete a site plan and contact the City Planner.

Request for Land Use/Zoning Change If you are requesting a change in zoning or land use for a parcel of property, submit this application and fees to the City Planner to schedule public hearing and planning commission review.

Subdivision/Replat Application To subdivide or replat property complete the application and have a professional surveyor prepare a preliminary plat. Submit the completed application and plat to the City Planner along with the application fees to schedule public hearing and planning commission review.

Request for Variance To request a variance to setbacks or other zoning restrictions complete the application form and submit it along with application fees to the City Planner for public hearing and planning commission review.
