Harbor Services & Fee Schedule

We offer many services within the Harbor Department! Here is a list of some of our services and the prices associated with them. If you have any questions or would like clarification, please don't hesitate to call our office during working hours at 907-826-3404.


Transient Moorage Rates

  • Daily: $0.68/foot
  • Monthly: $5.45/foot
  • 3 Months: $10.37/foot
  • 6 Months: $14.32/foot

*At the end of each month, invoices will receive an additional $5.00 billing fee.

Transient Electric Power Rates

  • 30 AMP 120 V Power (1 - 15 days): $8.00/day
  • 30 AMP 120 V Power (16 - 31 days): $5.00/day
  • 50 AMP Single Phase Power (1 - 15 days): $10.00/day
  • 50 AMP Single Phase Power (16-31 days): $7.00/day
  • 50 AMP 3 Phase Power: $30.00/day
  • 100 AMP 3 Phase Power: $50.00/day

*These charges are per day for each cord plugged in. 

**All transient electric power services are subject to a high consumption surcharge at Harbormasters' discretion.

Permanent Moorage Rates

  • Yearly: $22.00/foot

*This invoice will be billed in September and due no later than October 31st of each new year.

  • Grid Usage: $15.00/day
  • Pressure Washer Rental (Gas): $75.00/day
  • Pressure Washer Rental (Electric): $30.00/hour
  • Wash Down Pad Usage: $10.00/day
  • Tarp Rental: $10.00
  • Pump Rental: $35.00/day
  • Pump Assistance: $75.00
  • Webloft (Upstairs Net Mending): $10.00/day
  • Webloft (Events): $100.00/day
  • Boat Launch (Single Usage): $5.00
  • Boat Launch Permit: $35.00/year
  • Boat Launch Permit (Commercial Usage): $250.00/year
  • Liveaboard Fee: $75.00/month
  • Public Ice: $1.00/5 gallons
  • Ice Delivery: $120.00/ton
  • Outside Breakwater Storage: $35.00/month
  • Container Breakwater Storage: $330.00/6 months

  • Harbor Vessel Assistance: $150.00/hour
  • Harbor Labor Assistance: $50.00/hour
