Public Notice: False Island Boat Launch Closure for Construction

False Island Boat Ramp Under Construction

The False Island boat ramp is under construction to remove and replace the slab at the top of the ramp. This project aims to reduce the grade of the boat launch as well as replace the pitted, deteriorated slab. This work is covered under Army Corps Permit N-940806.

The boat launch will be out of service for up to two weeks as construction takes place and the slab cures.
