PC Resolution 617-23, CUP Accessory Building on Lot Without Established Principal Use

This resolution is approval of the construction of an accessory building on Lot 5A, Tract 6 ANCSA 14c3, which does not currently have an established principal use. There are intentions of eventually building a single-family home on the site, the accessory building will be used to store building materials. Patrick and Judith Murphy requested the conditional use permit.
