PC Resolution 616-23, Rezone Parcels Lot 4, Block 28 and Tract C

This resolution is a recommendation to the City Council that parcels of Lot 4, Block 28 and Tract C should be approved to be rezoned from High-density Residential I to Marine industrial and vice-versa as part of the proposed Anderson replat.
