Burn Pit Gate Lock Effective January 4, 2022

PUBLIC NOTICE BURN PIT GATE LOCK

The City of Craig will be locking the Burn Pit gate effective Tuesday, January 4, 2022, due to improper materials being abandoned and/or burned in the fire pit not following the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) guidelines.

 

Individuals may check out a gate key from the Craig Police Department by either leaving a form of identification, -or- a $20.00 deposit that shall be returned when the gate key is returned to Craig Police Department.
