LIFE FLIGHT INSURANCE THROUGH GUARDIAN (AirMedCare Network)
The City of Craig used a portion of COVID-19 relief funding to provide Life Flight Insurance through Guardian Flight to all City of Craig residents for a period of one year starting November 15, 2020. Purchase of these memberships recognizes the potential acute nature of COVID-19 and the limited local healthcare options.
One member of each Craig household may pick up a Guardian Flight welcome packet from City Hall.
Craig households who have already purchased Guardian Life Flight Insurance may opt to suspend their existing service until the COVID-19 relief funding membership expires.
To suspend existing service, please call Guardian directly at 1-800-793-0010 and select option #1. PLEASE NOTE: Guardian will not automatically suspend your existing membership without receiving a call. Additional information on how to suspend your paid account is contained in the packets.
