Conditional Use Permit for CTA Marijuana Retail Establishment in Commercial Zone

The Craig Tribal Association has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a licensed marijuana retail establishment on commercial zoned property in Craig. The conditional use permit application is for Lot B, Tract B, USS1430 (505B Front Street). 

The Craig Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 25th, 2022 at 7:00pm in the City Council Chambers and hear public comments, if any. 

The Planning Commission will review this item in accordance with Chapter 18.06.002 of the Craig Land Development Code. Decisions of the Planning Commission may be appealed to the City Council as the Board of Adjustment within 30 days of the mailing of the notice announcing the decision. Decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to the Superior Court.
