Public Notice - Craig Tribal Association Replat  

The Craig Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers to hear public comments, if any, on the following item:

The Craig Tribal Association has applied to the City of Craig planning commission to replat Lot B-1 and Lot B-1A, Haidaway Lodge Subdivision. The proposed replat would isolate each of the two main buildings to a single lot; buildings currently straddle both lots. The replat will also provide an access and utility easement on the sidelines of the new dividing lot line.  

The Planning Commission will review this item in accordance with Chapter 18.09, 18.10, and 18.11 of the Craig Land Development Code.  Decisions of the Planning Commission may be appealed to the City Council as the Board of Adjustment within 30 days of the mailing of the notice announcing the decision.  Decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to Superior Court.
