Zoning or Land Use Change Application

The criteria by which a zone/land use change application is approved or denied is listed in Chapter 18.06.004C-F of the Craig Land Development Code.  A decision by the planning commission may be appealed to the city council within 30 days of the mailing of the notice of the commission's decision.  Decisions of the city council may be appealed to the supreme court.  Applications for zoning or land use changes must be received by the Craig City Planner at least 15 days prior to the scheduled hearing at a regular planning commission meeting.
