POSTPONED - Conditional Use Permit 220127 - Application for Marijuana Retail Establishment in Commercial Zone

The Appplicant has requested that consideration of the Conditional User Permit is postponed while they complete other action related to the property.  When the public hearing is rescheduled we will readvertise the meeting.

CUP220127 - Craig Tribal Association, Marijuana Retail Establishment in Commercial Zone

The Craig Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers to hear public comment, if any, on the following items:

The Craig Tribal Association has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a licensed marijuana retail establishment on commercial property in Craig.  The conditional use permit application is for Lot B1 and B1A, Tract B, USS 1430 (commonly referred to as the "Haidaway" property).

The planning commission will review this item in accordance with Chapter 18.06.002 of the Craig Land Development Code.  Decisions of the Planning Commission may be appealed to the City Council as the Board of Adjustment within 30 days of the mailing of the notice announcing the decision.  Decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to Superior Court.
